Get to Know Us

The citizens of Antrim indicated their interest in forming a Historical Society by a vote at Town Meeting in 1983. By the following year, a group on interested residents incorporated the Antrim Historical Society, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, whose purpose is to collect, document and preserve all artifacts deemed to be of historical interest to the citizens of Antrim. Throughout the years, the Society has presented programs of historical interest and continues to amass extensive collections relating to Antrim’s past. The collections of the Historical Society are located in the upstairs room of the James A. Tuttle Library.  These rooms are accessible to all by means of an elevator.
